These terms apply to orders and services requested from ABprinto / AB Computer, Masuriya, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may depend on quantity, paper or material, printing method, finishing, artwork, taxes and delivery. We will confirm the final price and applicable charges before processing an order.

2. Artwork, spelling and approval

Customers are responsible for checking names, phone numbers, addresses, spelling, dates, colours, sizes and other details in the supplied artwork or proof. Printing will proceed after confirmation where a proof is provided. Differences between on-screen colours and printed output may occur.

3. Customer-supplied files

Please provide files at suitable print quality and ensure you have permission to use all supplied logos, images, fonts and other content. We may request a replacement file if the supplied file is incomplete, unclear or unsuitable for printing.

4. Orders and payment

An order is treated as confirmed after the product specifications, final price, payment terms and expected timeline have been agreed. Any advance or balance payment will be communicated before production or delivery.

5. Production and delivery

Turnaround times are estimates and can vary with workload, quantity, material availability and approval delays. Pickup or local delivery options, delivery charges and estimated timing will be confirmed for each order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by distance, weather, workload or third-party service availability. If a third-party courier or delivery service is used, its availability and terms also apply. Please check the order at handover and contact us promptly about any visible issue.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes or cancellations may be possible before production starts. Once customised printing or production has begun, cancellation or changes may not be possible, and costs already incurred may be payable. Because printed products are often made to the customer’s specifications, a refund is not automatic for a change of mind or an error in customer-approved artwork. If there is a suspected production defect or an order differs materially from the agreed specification, contact us with order details and clear photographs so we can review the matter and discuss an appropriate remedy. Any refund, reprint or other resolution will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.

7. Defects, delivery and order concerns

If an order appears to have a printing or production defect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and clear photographs. We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. Approved artwork, customer-supplied errors, normal colour variation or damage after handover may affect the available remedy.

8. Website information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and website information accurate, but availability and specifications can change. A product request or WhatsApp message is not a confirmed order until the details are acknowledged by ABprinto.

9. Privacy and communications

We use contact and order details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate pickup or delivery. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information. Messages sent through WhatsApp, map links or third-party delivery services are also subject to those services' own terms and privacy practices.
