Complaints regarding color variation, same color as previous printing, or mismatch from screen colors will not be entertained.
Complaints related to orders older than 1 month will not be accepted.
If a mistake by our company is proven, the order will be reprinted only. Refunds, if applicable, will not exceed 50% of the order value.
